We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital transformation consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will work closely with our clients to help them navigate digital transformation and drive business growth. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing digital strategies, and implementing innovative solutions to improve our clients‘ digital capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of our clients‘ current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop digital transformation strategies that align with our clients‘ business goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with our clients‘ teams to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Provide guidance and expertise to our clients on emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, big data, AI/ML, and blockchain.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies for large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
